YBA Gearing Up for the 7th Annual Honoring the Promise Gala!

Over 200 guests expected to celebrate and invest in the next generation of leaders Greenville, SC – Young Brothers Academy (YBA) will host its 7th Annual Honoring the Promise Fundraising Gala on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM at the Greenville Convention Center (1 Exposition Dr, Greenville, SC). More than 200 attendees are expected to gather for an inspiring evening dedicated to honoring the promise of stewarding our next generation of leaders. The gala will feature a delicious dinner, live performances, and the presentation of community awards recognizing outstanding contributions from local leaders and YBA scholars. The evening underscores YBA’s mission of ensuring every scholar is prepared for college, career, and life success.

“All proceeds from this year’s gala directly benefit Young Brothers Academy’s programs, which empower young men in middle and high school through education, empowerment, and exposure,” said Justus Cox, Executive Director of YBA. “This event is a celebration of our youth’s potential and a call for the community to continue investing in their future.” Since its founding in 2018, YBA has served over 100 young men in the Upstate and achieved a 100% high school graduation rate among scholars who complete the program. The gala is more than a fundraiser, it is a powerful community commitment to the future.
